As a Night Vision Goggle instructor with over 1,500 hours of NVG flight experience in an AH-15 and AH-1F Modernized Cobra as well as a UH-1H. I find the MK2 lip light to enhance the safety and convenience of having a readily available source of light that is reliable, compatible and out performs any other lip light I have tried. I would recommend this product to anyone operating under an NVG environment.

Northern Alaska:
Imagine north 70 deg. N where the sun goes down on November 15 and doesn't come back above the horizon until January 20. Black like the inside of a cow. Barely able to read a newspaper at high noon. Flying day starts at 0700 and ends at 1900. Average trips per day, 14. Many trips are IFR approaches to minimums. Lots of paperwork. How are going to accomplish the the necessary actions in the cockpit without annoying/blinding the pilot that is flying? Who ya gonna call? S-Lite

So there you have it... America's search for oil is safer because of your product.

Our Boys Overseas :
On behalf of myself and the Scouts, we are writing in regards to your company and your products. We are stationed in a remote location... for over a year. Due to the remote location of our deployment, and the extremely limited supply of the bare necessities to make life comfortable, we rarely get the opportunity to get new gear. Many of us did however purchase a few of you lights before we left. We love them. We take everything with us on our backs as we are light infantry and use them for markers. WE LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS.

Thought I'd drop you a quick note and tell you how some of your "goodies" are performing in the "real-world" conditions.

The mini-lite...works like a CHAMP...great light for non-cockpit ops. I use this thing when I'm crawling around in the back of the plane, loading up our secure radios and such. She is great for walking around the hard billets and not disturbing my roommate(s) during those middle-of-the-night head calls. Fingerlites...this is fantastic...thumb switch is a great convenience.

Haven't had time to switch out my liplite for the white LED one you sent down. We're flying days right now, but the schedule will rotate around and we'll be back on nights in a few days.
